Description

We Understand. PTSD is a common mental health disorder that impacts millions of people that have been exposed to life threatening events such as combat, sexual abuse, natural disasters or witnessing the death or injury to someone else. It can cause reoccurring nightmares or vivid thoughts about the trauma even when trying to focus on other things and avoiding certain situations. Fear and guilt can cause feelings of being on the edge, depression and a need to be on guard for another trauma.

It is not reasonable to think you can avoid treatment and just get over it with more time. In fact, if left untreated symptoms can worsen and damage more aspects of your life including relationships, employment and quality of life. It's never too late to get help. Many people who receive therapy have decreased or virtually elimiated the affects of this disorder.

You Are Not Alone. Our groups are both therapeutic and supportive in nature. You will encounter people with similar problems and also learn ways to cope with triggers to reduce daily symptoms. Here you can safely talk about what you are going through without fear of judgement.. Group sizes are limited and sell out fast. Book Now.
